New Delhi: Admit cards have been issued for candidates appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) re-exam, scheduled for June 21, but many students are experiencing technical difficulties downloading them. Candidates said that the process of verifying bank account information is not being completed, preventing admit cards from downloading.
After releasing the admit cards for the re-exam NEET (UG), the National Testing Agency (NTA) has acknowledged technical glitches on its portal.

On the social media platform X, students said that they have submitted their bank details, but due to a problem in the server, the bank details are not being submitted and the admit card is not being downloaded and even when the information is being submitted again, it is not being accepted.
The NTA has advised students to prepare the necessary bank details in advance and to be patient while completing the process. The agency has also released helpline numbers to resolve issues.
According to the NTA, students should have their full name, bank account number, IFSC code, and a scanned copy of a canceled check ready before accessing the portal. This will reduce the time required to update information and minimize errors.
Candidates should first visit the official website. Then, click on the NEET UG Admit Card 2026 link. Log in by entering your registration number and password. Download and save the admit card that appears on the screen and take a printout.
The re-exam will be held on June 21 from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. The exam duration will be three hours and 15 minutes. For security reasons, question papers will be transported to various exam centers across the country using Indian Air Force MI-17 helicopters.
